Use these tools to explore data from multiple long-term programs that the U.S. Congress created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the Emergency Connectivity Fund Program (ECF) and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

The Emergency Connectivity Fund Program Data Tool provides user-friendly filters to search, view, and download Emergency Connectivity Fund program data. The tool’s underlying dataset provides a single record for each funding request number (FRN) so users can see the latest funding status, commitment, and disbursement data.

The ECF Invoice Deadline Tool provides Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) program data for the invoice deadline dates and funds remaining on approved funding requests (FRNs).  ECF funds expire and cannot be invoiced after the invoice deadline date has passed for a given FRN.
