This dataset is derived from the FRN Status dataset. It provides a subset of that dataset's information, filtered for the most recent version of a given application.

The E-Rate FRN Invoice Deadline Tool is designed to assist applicants and service providers with identifying FRNs with an upcoming invoice deadline. The underlying data set for the tool includes all funded FRNs for FY2016+ along with the invoicing mode (BEAR or SPI), current committed amount, and the disbursed amount.

This tool provides user-friendly filters to search, view, and download Emergency Connectivity Fund program data. The tool’s underlying dataset provides a single record for each funding request number (FRN) so users can see the latest funding status, commitment, and disbursement data.

Note: “FRN Total Charges” uses two different data sources, depending on whether the FRN is pending or decided. For pending FRNs, it is equal to the FRN requested amount. For funded, cancelled, or denied FRNs, it is equal to the current FRN amount after modifications, if any, were made during the review process. If you wish to compare the requested amount with the current amount for a committed FRN, please use the "Emergency Connectivity Fund FCC Form 471" dataset, which has separate rows for the requested and current FRN amounts.

The E-Rate FCC Form 471 Download Tool provides users with the ability to search, view, and download FCC Form 471 data for Funding Year 2016+. The tool includes filtering capability across the seven data sets for FCC Form 471 and includes original (certified) and current (committed) versions of each application.

Use this tool to learn if USAC has received your FCC Form 466 and collected the information it needs to make a funding commitment decision. If we are missing information, you will receive an Information Request once your form has been assigned to a reviewer.

This dataset contains E-Rate Productivity Center (EPC) information about schools, libraries, school districts, library systems, consortia, and non-instructional facilities (NIFs). For Annexes information, please refer to the "E-Rate Supplemental Entity Information: Annexes" dataset.

This dataset contains data from each Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) FCC Form 471 including applicant details such as applicant type, Billed Entity Number (BEN), student count, dollars requested and approved, as well as related information from the ECF portal; data from each Funding Request Number (FRN) including service provider and contract information, Funding Commitment Decision Letter (FCDL) related data, and invoicing details; and data from each FRN line item ID including individual product/service data, costs, quantities, and descriptions.

The Eligible Locations Adjustment Process (ELAP) is a voluntary challenge process established by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to review and potentially adjust broadband deployment obligations for carriers participating in the Connect America Fund (CAF) Phase II Auction program if the total number of locations funded by the program exceeds the number of actual locations on the ground. In 2021, 27 CAF Phase II Auction winners seeking to adjust their deployment obligations in 23 states submitted the appropriate location information required to participate in ELAP. USAC used certain location information from those filings to populate this public map, the ELAP Map, so that prospective outside stakeholders could review data submitted by carriers and determine whether to contest it during the stakeholder challenge phase of the process. The stakeholder challenge phase is open to individuals, non-governmental entities and governmental entities (including state and Tribal governments) that have demonstrated a verifiable interest in obtaining broadband service supported by the Connect America Fund in areas challenged by CAF II Auction carriers as part of ELAP.
