The E-Rate Invoices and Authorized Disbursements (FCC Forms 472 and 474) dataset provides invoicing data for applicants, service providers, and other stakeholders so they can track invoice lines completed and authorized for disbursement. The dataset includes invoice lines authorized on July 1, 2016 and after and does not include in-process, pending, or cancelled invoice lines. The dataset includes invoice and FCC Form 471 related data so users can filter and sort the data accordingly.

This dataset displays an ETC’s Study Area Code (SAC) but does not include the Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). This dataset provides the information of all the carriers providing Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) service, their customer service number, service type, state, and URL. The purpose of this dataset is to provide the most accurate list of carriers providing service in a particular area within a given state, through the use of zip codes. To ensure that this data is up-to-date and accurate, it is refreshed periodically to add new carriers and the corresponding zip codes of their designated service areas, update the zip codes for existing carriers, and remove zip codes for carriers that have relinquished their ETC designation. In the event that a user enters a zip code that does not return any service provider(s), a complete listing of the state in which the zip code is found will be returned with the recommendation that the consumer confirm the availability of Lifeline or ACP service in their chosen zip code with a service provider from that state.

Search Posted Services allows service providers to view service request information provided by individual health care providers (HCPs) and consortia applying for funding through the Rural Health Care (RHC) program.

This dataset serves as the foundation for the Connect America Fund Broadband Map (CAF Map), an interactive online map that shows the impact of the Connect America Fund (CAF) on broadband expansion to close the digital divide in rural America. The CAF Map displays the geographic areas that are eligible for CAF support, as well as the specific fixed locations where carriers participating in the program have built out mass-market, high-speed Internet service. The dataset includes address, latitude and longitude coordinates, carrier name, deployment year and minimum speeds offered for every location where CAF-supported service is available.

The information in this dataset comes directly from carriers, which submit broadband deployment data annually through USAC’s High Cost Universal Broadband (HUBB) portal showing where they have built out service using CAF funding. The current CAF Map is based on data certified in the HUBB as of March 10, 2023, to reflect broadband deployment through Dec. 31, 2022. USAC independently verifies deployment to a random sample of locations reported in the HUBB each year to monitor carrier compliance with CAF build-out obligations.

This tool provides Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) program data for the invoice deadline dates and funds remaining on approved funding requests (FRNs). ECF funds expire and cannot be invoiced after the invoice deadline date has passed for a given FRN.
